Housing Development for over 55 year olds:
1 & 2 bedroom terrace houses in 3 blocks, single storey, semi-detached, back and front gardens.
Each of the houses consists of an entrance hall, kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms, walk in shower. All houses are well insulated and have a BER rating of A3.
Facilities:
Adjoining the houses is the local Ballymacarbry Community Centre, our Library is open to residents daily and on Thursday we operate a Social Club with lunch, bingo and entertainment. A Dinner Club also provides residents dinner delivered up to 5 days per week
Activities:
Musical entertainment, card playing, bingo, educational classes by ETB, gym, lovely walks and many clubs.
